We are located between Guildford and Farnham, 5 minutes from the A3 in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Surrey Hills.  Our location provides us with easy access to the road network and excellent hacking on local commons with sandy soil.

 

Full directions are below the map.  Note the satnav can take you to our neighbour next door! so please follow these directions to take you to the correct double gate entrance.

From the M3

  • Leave the M3 at junc 4 on to the A331, signposted to Farnborough, Farnham.

  • On reaching the end of the A331, at a roundabout, take the 2nd exit to the A31 towards Farnham.

  • At the next roundabout (Shepherd & Flock) take the 4th exit, to go back on yourself on the A31 towards Guildford for a short distance.

  • Leave the A31 at the first exit past the Shepherd and Flock roundabout, signposted for Runfold and The Sands. Follow the slip road round to the right. At the T junction turn right on to the old A31 signposted Elstead.

  • Take the first road on the left signposted Elstead (Crooksbury Road). Follow this road until reaching a T junction with the B3001.

  • Turn left onto the B3001 towards Elstead & Milford. 

  • After approx. 2km you will see pub called The Donkey to your right, below road level. After a couple of bends you will pass a turning to your left, start to slow down. The road goes downhill and bends.

  • Take the next left left turn, Fulbrook Lane.  Thundry Farm is immediately on your left with a a brick wall, with our name and double wooden gates.  These are automatic and will open away from you.

  • Follow the drive to reach the yard. Please drive very slowly.

  • Pass the stables to your left, the first area of hard standing is for cars, drive through the gap between the barn and stables and you will see an area of hard standing for lorries, ahead to the right. Please park head on to the paddock fence, in a herringbone pattern.

  • If you reach the village of Elstead you have gone too far.

From the M25 / A3

 

  • Leave the M25 at Junction 10 to join the A3 towards Guildford and Portsmouth.

  • Continue on A3, past Guildford. Do not take the first turning signposted to Elstead, exit at the Milford junction.

  • Turn right at the roundabout at the end of the slipway, signposted Elstead B3001. At next roundabout go straight on, following the B3001 for a few miles until the village of Elstead.

  • Drive through the village of Elstead. As you leave the village you will pass over a single track bridge (weight limit 18t) followed by a restaurant called Elstead Mill on your left.

  • Approx. 500m after this turn right into Fulbrook Lane,

  • Thundry Farm is immediately on your left with a  brick wall, with our name and double wooden gates.  These are automatic and will open away from you.
