At the heart of everything that we do is our passion for the well being of the horses in our care.
Their human owners run a close second. We want everyone to look forward to being at the yard, whatever they do with their horse - hack, jump 90cm, or 1.30m.
Thundry Farm Livery & Training Yard is located in the heart of the Surrey Hills, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and within easy reach of the road network (M3, A3, M25).
We are a small yard, a maximum of 12 horses, with professional level facilities and provide an ideal base for the competitive amateur owner/rider.
We travel to British Showjumping shows in the South East, South West and Midlands on a regular basis. and our resident coach, Christine Shubrook, is a BS Accredited Level 3 coach. She is also a NLP Practitioner for Sport , a Center10 Advanced Coach, and was chosen to be part of the National Development Program for Coaching Excellence.
Our staff are either qualified or are undertaking apprenticeships under our training. They live in and are selected because of their empathy with horses and willingness to take on new learning.
The farm is run by the owners, Paul & Christine Shubrook, they have been at the farm for over 30 years.

THREE LEVELS OF QUALITY CARE FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND
BASIC BRONZE
If you want to enjoy well maintained facilities and have the time on a daily basis to provide care for your horse, this livery package will work for you.
We take care of the heavier work, like mucking out, and the routine things like feeding, the owner provides personal care and exercise 6 days a week.
STANDARD SILVER
Our standard package provides 7 day a week care for your horse. The horse will receive our full attention through the day and we will deal with phyiso, vet & farrier.
A work programme ensuring that the horse has a variety of work, time in the field and on the walker will be formulated around when the owner is coming to ride.
We will provide personal care for the horse; full grooming, trimming, bathing, tack cleaning and washing of equipment.
COMPLETE GOLD
This service is the gold standard of livery. It provides our complete care package and clipping, alongside exercise whenever the owner can not, a weekly complimentary coaching session, mentoring for goals and competition plans.
Let us know what time you would like to ride, we will have the horse prepared and on the walker, warmed up and ready to go.
Once you have finished riding a member of staff can take your horse, untack, and provide
post-exercise care.
If you have time stick around for a cup of tea, or if you need to dash that's fine too, your horse will be cared for.
